2019 Bill Tracker:

HB 75 School Mental Health Screening Study: Directs the  Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Public Instruction to conduct a study to recommend a mental health screening process to identify school children in North Carolina at risk of harming themselves or others.

HB 133 Veterans/Health Care/Pilot Program: Pilot Program. – The Department of Health and Human Services
and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, in coordination with Community Care of
North Carolina and Maxim Healthcare Services, shall develop and implement a two-year pilot
program in Cumberland County to provide health care services to veterans.

HB5 Close the Medicaid Coverage Gap  and Senate companion SB3:  AN ACT TO CLOSE THE MEDICAID COVERAGE GAP FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN NORTH CAROLINA.
