NAMI Durham kicked off their Community Inclusion project with an interactive virtual symposium on April 18th, 2020. They partnered with Project Passport to create a virtual symposium focusing on stress relief, stress management, mental health self-awareness, simple delicious ways to maintain a healthy diet, and managing resources:

This event will be followed by an in-person symposium tentatively scheduled for July 30th, 2020. This symposium is free and open to all! Attendees will learn about mental health and wellness activities developed by non-profits and businesses in their local community. They will also learn about how important mental health is to their daily life, and what they can do to continue to maintain it!
