Chris Fink is an advocate for children and adults with serious mental illness. He
coordinates Buncombe County Community Inclusion programs and participates in
Western Carolina’s CIT training and family-to-family initiatives.
Chris serves on Vaya Health’s Human Rights Committee and NC DHHS
Ombudsman’s Community Advisory Committee for Nursing and Adult Care
Homes. As a parent and guardian, Chris helps families advocate for their child’s
wellness and independence, presenting a ‘Parent’s Resource’ guide at the 2018
NC statewide conference. Locally, he promotes expanded supportive housing.
Chris is President of FinkWorks, Inc. providing advisory, investing and Board
leadership services to public and non-profit organizations. As a member of
Venture Asheville, Chris supports economic development initiatives through
Asheville Angels, Elevate and the Hatch Foundation.
