Judy Jenkins has been an Associate of State Advocacy and Government Affairs with Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc., for the past four years. In her current role she is responsible for mental health advocacy and state government affairs responsibility in the Mid-Atlantic region NJ to NC. Prior to Otsuka Judy worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb in varying roles over almost 15 years, to include mental health and HIV advocacy, Neuroscience and Cardiovascular District Sales Manager, and Cardiovascular Territory Business Manager. Before joining the pharmaceutical industry Judy was an Early Head Start Nurse in Colorado Spring, CO. Judy is a clinical RN with experience in psychiatry, pediatric, medical-surgical, and geriatric nursing. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University, and a Masters in Executive Leadership from Georgetown University. She is a clinical RN with experience in psychiatry, pediatric, medical-surgical, and geriatric nursing. Judy has a passion for advocacy in the areas of mental health and HIV to improve access to services and treatment options for those affected by chronic mental illness.
