Mental Health Pledge

With the start of a new year and innumerable New Year’s resolutions expected to be focused around mental wellness this year, we encourage you to Pledge to Prioritize Your Mental Health by becoming a NAMI member. By becoming a NAMI member during the month of January, you will automatically be entered to win a Self-Care Gift Package valued at over $200.00. You will also receive membership benefits all year long, including a subscription to NAMI’s magazine The Advocate. Your tax-deductible membership fees will help ensure that NAMI programs and support groups stay completely free of charge for all participants. More importantly, you will be connected to a network that provides life-saving information, support, and education to millions of people who need it.

How to Win:

There are two ways to enter the raffle to win the Self-Care Gift Package:

1.Non- NAMI members: Become a member of NAMI between January 1, 2021 and January 31, 2021 by clicking here.

We have several different membership levels for you to choose from:

• $60 per year for a Household membership that includes all members of a household living at the same address
• $40 per year for a Regular membership which is an individual membership for one person
• $5 per year for an Open Door membership for an individual member with limited financial resources

All membership fees are 100% tax deductible. A NAMI membership will automatically enroll you as a member at all three levels of the organization—National, State and the local affiliate you choose. Not sure what your local affiliate is? Look it up here.

2. Current NAMI Members: Post on your social media why being a member of the NAMI mental health community is important to you and tag NAMI North Carolina. Limit one entry per person.
